Solid hosting, minor hiccup

I purchased their Managed Cloud Hosting and the setup was pretty smooth. My site has been running well with good uptime, which is what I needed. I got a recurring one once for Black Friday, but it's rare. Usually, if you sign up for annual billing, you get a pretty decent discount that's like a recurring one in a way, just paid upfront.

I've used both. KnownHost's support feels more personal to me, and the performance is comparable. Depends on your budget a bit, but I've been happy with KH.

For dedicated, it's a toss-up depending on your specific needs. Both are premium. KnownHost's managed options are really good, and their uptime has been solid for me. I think their support response time is also a bit faster sometimes than LW from what I've heard.

It's usually pretty fast, especially for VPS. Dedicated servers can take a bit longer though. But VPS, like you said, should be provisioned same day, probably within a few hours if not quicker.

They have a money-back guarantee. I think it's 30 days for most services, definitely VPS. Just check their terms.
